What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping cost are calculated at a flat rate per product type and will be displayed on the checkout page. Standard shipping is the only option available. Free shipping applies only to standard shipping unless otherwise noted.
What do I need to know about international orders?
Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee can vary based on factors such as your order value, country limits, and other considerations related to the product. The end recipient is responsible for covering these fees.

What if I have not received my package?
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If you discover a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense. If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbor's, please reach out to us at Contact UsĀ with your order number.
Delivery Limitations:
Once an order is made, it will be sent to the address specified by the buyer, provided that the shipping address adheres to the restrictions outlined on this platform. All transactions on this platform are conducted under a shipment agreement. Consequently, the responsibility for any loss or title of items acquired from this platform transfers to you upon the delivery of the items to the carrier.
