Answer: Artzie Designs only offers Standard Delivery. Standard Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days within the United States Personalized products may take an additional 2-3 business days to process.

How much does shipping cost?

Answer: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout on a per item flat fee depending on location. Free shipping applies only to standard shipping unless otherwise noted.

What do I need to know about international orders?

Answer: Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee can vary based on factors such as your order value, country limits, and other considerations related to the product. The end recipient is responsible for covering these fees.

How can I track my order?

Answer: If you have an Artzie account, you can track your order by logging in to your account and visiting your Order History. If you placed your order as a guest, you can track your order by clicking on the tracking link in your order confirmation email.

What if I have not received my package?

Answer: Before contacting Artzie Designs, please check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. Ask your local post office if they have your package. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

What if there is a mistake in my shipping address?

Answer: If you discover a mistake in your delivery address, Artzie Designs can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
